1. Where does my order ship from?

2. Can I pick up my order if I'm located in the Greater Toronto Area?
You can pick up your order if you’re located in the GTA at COCONUT: 4630 Kingston Road Unit 5, Toronto M1E 4Z4, Canada
Pick up fall hours are the following:
Wednesday - Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Take COVID precautions & ensure that you are wearing a mask upon entering the store.
3. How long does it take to process an order?
It can take 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process an order, most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
4. How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed it can take 1 to 10 business days to ship orders from Canada. If you are in the US, UK or shopping from an international country please note that it can take up to 3 to 10 business days to receive your order. Please note that there may be delays due to COVID-19.
5. Can I change my delivery address after I purchased my product?
You can change your address as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org to make the change.
6. What happens when my item is returned to sender?
If your item is returned to sender you may have entered an invalid or incorrect address. If you live in an apartment, unit or suite please ensure that you enter the correct number to avoid any problems. There will be a $25 CAD reshipping fee to reship your order, you will be invoiced for this charge via email. Please email email@example.com to resolve this issue.
