Frequently Asked Questions

 

1. How long does it take to process an order?

It can take up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process an order, most order are processed within 24 hours of purchase.

2. How long does shipping take once my order has been processed?

Once your order has been processed it can take 1 to 10 business days to ship orders from Canada. If you are in the US, UK or shopping from an international country please note that it can take up to 3 to 10 business days to receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped you'll receive a tracking number via Canada Post to track your order. Please note that there may be delays due to COVID-19.

3. I purchased a product but I didn't receive a confirmation number.

Please make sure that you double check your spam/junk mail. Double check that you've entered the correct email address at checkout. If you believe that you may have entered the wrong email address, please send an email with your name and order number using the general contact form in the 'CONTACT' section. 

4. I purchased a product, got charged but I didn't receive a confirmation number via email?

Sometimes there may be an issue with your financial institution or the card that you're using. Please give it 24 hours to see the charges reverse into your account. If you didn't receive a confirmation email regarding your order we did not receive your payment. All orders received on our end automatically receive a confirmation email.

5. Can I change my order once it been paid for?

Unfortunately, you cannot change an order once it's been paid for. Please make sure you double check your order before paying at checkout.

6. Can I change my address once my order has been paid for?

You can change your address as long as your order hasn’t been shipped out. Please send an email with your order number to info@mafitness.ca to make the necessary change. 

7. Do the workout programs expire?

You have lifetime access to the workout program you purchased. As long as you download the program and save it to your computer, hard drive or any external device you will always have access. 

8. I purchased a customized workout program but I didn't receive the program or access to the training app.

It can take 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to customize a workout program. If you submitted the intake form after you purchased the customized program you will receive a confirmation email. If you didn't submit the intake form in the 'CONTACT' section there may be a delay with creating your program. Please email info@mafitness.ca to resolve the issue.

9. What's the difference between the customized online training programs and the other workout programs?

If you want results you can choose any program from Murda Advanced Fitness, all programs are created to give clients top notch results. The customized training programs are designed to meet a individual's specific goal(s). These programs include meal plans with calorie breakdown per meal, macro breakdown and a detailed grocery list with snack ideas specifically tailored to meet a specific goal. Clients receive 24/7 support, weekly assessment and sometimes modifications in their program on a weekly basis. 

Other workout programs like the 28 day weight loss home program are completely tailored to ensure that anyone can achieve results. These programs do not include 24/7 communication, weekly assessments or modifications.
