*It is highly recommended that you have weights anywhere between 10 to 40lbs, a booty band and ankle weights or our ankle strap set to get the challenges.* All challenges can be performed at home, challenge 3.0 includes a gym version but 4.0 will be specifically designed for the gym.

Challange 3.0 is an amazing work out plan to use. It doesnt matter if you're a beginner or Expert in the gym these work outs can be done by anyone and are 100% effect. Even if you dont have access to a gym Mansaree shows you a modified version that can be done in your own home. I started this challange weighing in at 256lbs im on day 15 and i weigh on at 248lbs!!!!!
