If your goal is to lose weight, gain or “tone up” this challenge will be beneficial (you do not HAVE to participate in the challenge to purchase as it can be added to your training program/routine). It is highly recommended that you have weights anywhere between 10 to 40lbs, a booty band and ankle weights or our ankle strap set to get through this program.
This challenge will start on Sunday, April 4th, 2021 you'll receive your digital e-book by 2:00 p.m EST. A grocery list idea will be sent out on Saturday, April 3rd, 2021.

Challange 3.0 is an amazing work out plan to use. It doesnt matter if you're a beginner or Expert in the gym these work outs can be done by anyone and are 100% effect. Even if you dont have access to a gym Mansaree shows you a modified version that can be done in your own home. I started this challange weighing in at 256lbs im on day 15 and i weigh on at 248lbs!!!!!
